- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced! Called inquiring about a piece of equipment and was told to get lost (in not so nice terms) and hung up on, TWICE!! I asked a simple question that wasnt answered on their website about THEIR product and was told "I dont know, youre the farmer, you should know". Their website says they have "experience sales personal" to assist and are always happy to speak with you. This is clearly not true and completely false advertising. Obviously business is so good they dont need any new customers! If you want to deal with an arrogant p** with zero customer service skills, use this company, otherwise stay away!By Erpox Herber Viddri, December 21, 2019
